NeuroTech & Patient Care Coordinator

Full Time

The NeuroTech & Patient Care Coordinator position is responsible for overall patient care at MIND ALGN. The role will shift between administrative tasks to support the clinic and administering Electroencephalogram (EEG) & MeRT treatment to patients. This position is vital to our clinic and patients and allows for one-on-one interaction with our patients throughout their experience at MIND ALGN.


Position Details & Duties

  • Providing excellent patient service and care
  • Administering MeRT treatment to patients
  • Administering EEG recording to patients
  • Utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, documenting and tracking patient progress
  • Exercising proper care and maintenance of coil, MeRT machines, and EEG caps
  • Ensuring MeRT and EEG treatment rooms are prepped before patient’s arrival
  • Providing appropriate and educated responses to patients and families questions or concerns regarding treatment
  • Greet and direct all clients upon entering facility, explain paperwork, patient’s rights, consent forms
  • Create invoices & process all accepted forms of payment appropriately and accurately
  • Office administrative tasks such as managing leads, scheduling appointments, and handling all medical records in compliance with HIPAA


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Ability to learn and use MeRT Client, Deymed Software & our EMR platform to record patient notes during treatment
  • Able to stand on your feet for up to 30 minutes at a time
  • Ability to hold the coil on a patients’ head for a minimum of 60 seconds
  • Ability to learn & administer EEG’s using supplies as directed
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to learn and follow HIPAA patient privacy guidelines
  • Cheerful presence and positive attitude
  • Demonstrated role as a team player
  • Attention to detail, able to establish priorities and use good judgment
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Able to multi-task and adapt to a fast paced, changing environment
  • Maintains professionalism at all times



  • College Degree Preferred, High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Bilingual preferred
  • HIPAA Certification/CPR & AED Certified
